"Mountain Sunrise" by David Castle
A rather unusual palette for my Rains Series which was initially inspired by rivulets of rain. Full of bright, fiery reds, oranges and yellows with gold metallic highlights. Inspired by the colors of a mountain sunset... in the Rockies or on the Pacific Coast.

- This oil and metallic watercolor painting on paper is mounted on gallery panel (1.5" deep) and sealed with varnish that contains UV filters for protection from light damage.
