My Jewels Series is inspired by nature in all of its forms - landscapes in my native Colorado, my beloved northwest coast, and "elsewheres" from all of my travels in North America and Europe. Jewels are from my first decade as a full-time, abstract artist and are primarily in watercolor.
 
Jewels are all individually-painted fields of square, abstract shapes.
