"Ochre + Gray 49" by David Castle
This painting is the result of months of getting over my fear of the color yellow and how to successfully paint with it. And, I really love these particular yellows and ochres paired with the cool, stark grays. Features highlights of metallic silver rivulets.
- This oil and metallic watermedia painting on paper is mounted on gallery panel (1.5" deep) and sealed with varnish that contains UV filters for protection from light damage. Final varnish layer is a "glass-like" resin.
