"Keep For Myself" by David Castle
This painting features twenty five of my "floating" circles - each individually painted on a square of watercolor paper and mounted to panel. I curated these 25 circles from over 100 that I originally painted. These were the best and I think about keeping them for myself. I also particularly love this soft and warmish, metallic German silver I mixed just for these circles.
- This oil and metallic watermedia painting on paper is mounted on gallery panel (1.5" deep) and sealed with varnish that contains UV filters for protection from light damage.
