Part of my Jewels Series which was initially inspired by a watercolor painting process which I discovered through lots of experimentaion. Full of glowing brassy-golds, orange, cool white and blue. Inspired by a Pacific coastal sunset with fiery sun rays above, a cool marine layer of fog in the middle and the crisp Pacific below.
This oil and metallic watercolor painting on paper is mounted on gallery canvas (1.5" deep) and sealed with varnish that contains UV filters for protection from light damage.
All sides of the canvas are painted and finished, so no frame is needed. It is ready to hang in that perfect spot in your home!
