A rather unusual palette for my Rains Series which was initially inspired by rivulets of rain. Full of bright, fiery reds and oranges with metallic gold highlights. Inspired by an autumnal sunset on the Pacific Coast.

This oil and metallic watercolor painting on paper is unframed and sealed with varnish that contains UV filters for protection from light damage.
